Fisherman Blackman died
Wednesday, May 14th, 200814.May 2008 - We want to inform all our guests that our friend and fisherman Blackman died after an operation. He had a pain in his stomach for a long time and a operation 10 years ago. He painted nearly all the walls in Cabier in the last years. He brought us fresh fish directly to the lodge and was always in a good mood. A lot of our guests enjoyed a boat trip with him.
Two weeks before his sister (= Florence´s mother) died. For Florence, our housekeeper´s family it is a very hard time now. Our guests supported her with a BBQ at her shop that she can make more money, because a funeral in Grenada is a big event and very expensive.
