Pay with us in US$, EUR, CAN$, GBP or EC$. Credit card payment with VISA or MasterCard [3% surcharge]. 

You can also draw money with your VISA or EC card and/or Cirrus Code from ATM in all branch banks and drive-up banking facilities. For your valuables we provide safes. If desired we will exchange your currency for initial EC$ (XCD),at the current bank exchange rate.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By paying your deposit for your accommodation you accept our booking terms and conditions stated below.

FLIGHT CHANGES

Where possible we will be flexible with your booking, if you have a flight change resulting in a flight arriving either earlier or later from your booked accommodation date where you are traveling direct to us following arrival. We will do all we can to ensure your holiday is not spoiled by these changes.

PAYMENT FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

Payment can be made by MasterCard or VISA (3% surcharge). At the point of booking, we charge a 30% deposit from your accommodation cost. The balance for your accommodation is payable 45 days before arrival.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS

You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before your arrival date at Cabier Ocean Lodge or Two Bays Beach Villa & Studios.

Cancellations between the 30th day before your arrival date will be subject to a charge of 30% of your accommodation cost except in circumstances of Covid-19 cancellations.

 

COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS

If:

  • you or the person you are traveling with and booked with us is unable to travel to Grenada because they have contracted Covid-19. Or

  • the PCR test taken up before flying shows positive for you or the person traveling with you and one or both of you is unable to fly to Grenada. Or

  • your flight to Grenada is cancelled due to Covid-19 or Grenada denies entry.

 

Then you qualify for a full refund of your booked accommodation cost paid, or you can postpone your booking up to 8 weeks from the date you were due to occupy your accommodation, subject to availability.

 

Covid-19 cancellations need to be evidenced with a copy medical certificate or failed PCR test certificate within of the flight to Grenada.

 

Lodge service

Free WIFI, laundry service [washer/dryer/iron], taxi service, tailor made tours, snorkeling, diving trips, nature walks, cook-ups on the beach...
