Payment

We prefer traveler cheques in US$ or cash in Euro, US$, CAN$, GBP EC$or payment by VISA or MasterCard (exchange rate 1 US$ = 2.76 EC$, we charge 2 % credit-card-fee). The balance of your holiday costs is paid on departure.

You can also draw money with your VISA or EC card and or Cirrus Code from the ATM cash dispenser in all branch banks and drive-up banking facilities. For your valuableswe provide safes ateach guestroom, TwoBays Villa and apartments.

If desired we will exchange your currency for initial EC$ (XCD),at the current bank exchange rate.

 

Deposit and Cancellation condition

A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer – the balance is payable 21 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card 21 days before arrival or will need to be received as cleared funds on or prior to that period.If your booking is within 21 days before arrival we will ask for payment of 100%of the accommodation costs on booking.If you cancel before 21 days of arrival date the 30% deposit is not refunded.Cancellations between 21 days of arrival date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total cost of your stay. If, however, we can rent out the accommodation you have booked to other clients, we will refund you the balance after taking into account the rent received from your reserved rooms.Late arrivals, early departures, and no shows will be charged in full.

Two Bays Villa & Studios

A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.The balance is payable 45 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card 45 days before arrival or will need to be received as cleared funds on or prior to that period.If your booking is within 45 days before arrival we will ask for payment of 100%of the accommodation costs on booking.If you cancel before 45 days of arrival date the 30% deposit is not refunded.Cancellations between 45 days of arrival date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total cost of your stay. If, however, we can rent out the accommodation you have booked to other clients, we will refund you the balance after taking into account the rent received from your reserved rooms.Late arrivals, early departures, and no shows will be charged in full.
